Senate Bill 4 is a bill that requires all Texas cities to enforce federal immigration laws or lose state money.
It was intended to boost penalties against offending federal governments and to extend its requirements to university police departments.
I personally think it will start a rage through immigrants and nonimmigrants, for most of the people in Austin actually care about others.
I am opposed of it. I don't see why we need to enforce these laws and bills when the immigrants aren't even harming us... but when they do, it's not everyone. Most of them come here because they want a better life.
